Book your online skin consultation with Dr. Rita Poptani (MedixGlam, Bodakdev) for personalised diagnosis and treatment advice. Consultations are available only on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM, with a ₹500 booking fee (India only).

Each session is done on Google Meet, and the link will be shared once your slot is confirmed. The consultation lasts up to 45 minutes, and the camera must remain ON throughout. For questions or assistance, contact us at 99748 63423.

How it works

  1. Fill out the booking form below and pay the ₹500 booking charge.

  2. We confirm your slot via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.

  3. A Google Meet link will be shared with you at least 2 hours before the appointment.

  4. Please join the call 5 minutes early. Camera must be ON for the full consultation.

  5. The consultation will last up to 45 minutes. Any medical/treatment plan provided may require an in-person assessment before procedures.

Terms & Conditions (please read)

  1. Booking fee: ₹500 is charged at the time of booking. This fee confirms your appointment. The booking fee is required for India bookings only.

  2. Refund & credit policy: The ₹500 booking charge is non-refundable. It may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot. After the reschedule is accepted, the same booking charge will be applied to the new slot.

  3. Rescheduling & cancellations: To reschedule or cancel, contact us at 99748 63423 or reply to the confirmation message. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated.

  4. Camera requirement: For an effective online consultation, your camera must be turned on for the entire session. If the camera is off for a majority of the appointment, Dr. Rita may end the consultation and the booking fee will not be refunded.

  5. Duration & scope: Each consultation is up to 45 minutes. Any additional time is subject to a new booking. The online consultation provides medical advice and treatment recommendations; some procedures may require an in-person visit or tests.

  6. Google Meet link: The meeting link will be shared via the contact method you provide once the booking is confirmed. Please ensure your number and email are correct.

  7. Patient data & privacy: Any medical information you share is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of this consultation. MedixGlam complies with applicable data protection practices. We will not share your personal medical data without your consent except as required by law.

  8. No recording policy: Consultations are not recorded by MedixGlam. If you wish to record the session, you must request permission in advance and obtain explicit consent from the doctor.

  9. Medical disclaimer: Online consultation advice is based on the information and images you provide. It is not a full substitute for a physical examination. Treatment recommendations may change after an in-person assessment. MedixGlam and Dr. Rita Poptani are not responsible for outcomes if patients proceed with treatments elsewhere.

  10. Eligibility: This service is currently available for patients in India only. By booking you confirm you are within India and consent to this service.

Payment & Confirmation

  • Payment is accepted via UPI, debit/credit card, or netbanking.

  • On successful payment you will receive a confirmation SMS/WhatsApp with the appointment details.

  • Google Meet link will be shared 2 hours prior to the appointment.
